An 8-unit twin-villa project in Çolak İbrahim Bey. Structural works complete, finishing in progress. Delivery in 2026.

İlka-04 is a twin-villa project of 8 independent units currently under construction in the Çolak İbrahim Bey neighbourhood. With about 1,000 m² of construction area, it continues the villa concept of İlka-03 on a larger scale.

Vertical timber louvres cutting across the white facade and deep eaves give the project its character. Each villa has two floors: a living room opening onto the garden on the ground floor and bedrooms with wide balconies upstairs. Structural works are complete; facade, joinery and interior works are in progress.
