About Us
İlka Grup İnşaat Gıda Tekstil ve Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi was founded in 2022 in the Seferihisar district of İzmir. While our head office is in Seferihisar, we provide residential development, construction contracting, build-and-share development, renovation and structural strengthening services across all districts of İzmir.
What we do
Our core business is the construction of residential buildings. We develop build-and-share projects for landowners, deliver our own residential developments and undertake turnkey contracting work for corporate clients. For existing buildings we carry out renovation, repair and earthquake-safety focused strengthening works.
