Quality Policy

At İlka Grup we see quality not as a slogan but as a measurable practice at every stage. Our quality policy is based on the following principles:

• Full regulatory compliance: All our projects are designed and executed in accordance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code, the Zoning Regulation for Planned Areas and the relevant technical specifications.
• Certified materials: Concrete, reinforcing steel and building materials are sourced only from TSE / CE certified suppliers; concrete samples are tested in accredited laboratories.
• Building inspection: Construction is carried out under the supervision of licensed building inspection companies; every stage is documented.
• Occupational health and safety: Measures compliant with Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 are taken on our sites; personal protective equipment is mandatory.
• On-time delivery: The work schedule is part of the contract. Any deviation is reported to the client together with its reason.
• Post-delivery responsibility: Defects arising during the statutory warranty periods are remedied by us.

We apply these principles on every project and regularly review and improve our processes.
