Scope

• Mechanical and electrical installations: Coordinated execution with specialist subcontractors
• External works: Retaining walls, landscaping, parking and infrastructure

How we work

Before starting, quantity take-off and site survey are carried out and a unit-price or lump-sum contract is prepared. The work schedule is an annex to the contract and progress is reported to the client with regular payment certificates. All works are executed under building inspection supervision.
