Distinguished by the olive trees in its garden, İlka-02 is a 5-unit boutique residential project completed in 2024 in the Çolak İbrahim Bey neighbourhood. The three-storey building of about 400 m² offers a quiet, private living environment with a small number of units.
Wide glass-balustraded balconies running the full width of each floor bring abundant daylight and views to every apartment. The large lawn garden on the ground floor and the preserved olive trees combine with the natural stone clad boundary wall to create a warm atmosphere in keeping with Aegean architecture.
