A 6-unit modern apartment building with natural stone garden walls and glass balustrades in Seferihisar, Çolak İbrahim Bey. Delivered in 2022.

İlka-01 is İlka Grup's first residential project in Seferihisar. Located on a quiet street in the Çolak İbrahim Bey neighbourhood, the three-storey building comprises 6 apartments with a total construction area of about 400 m².

The clean modern line created by the plain white facade, black aluminium joinery and wide glass-balustraded balconies is completed by a natural stone clad garden wall and landscape lighting. Ground-floor units have their own garden, while the upper floors are planned with wide balconies overlooking Seferihisar's greenery.
