Through the contact and quote forms on our website we process your full name, e-mail address, phone number, city/district or land location and any information you share in your message. Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

Responding to your contact requests and quote applications,
Conducting site surveys, price quotes and pre-contract discussions,
Fulfilling our legal obligations and exercising our right of defence in possible disputes.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions where legally required, and with our hosting providers to the extent necessary to operate the service. It is not otherwise transferred to third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.

6. Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms on our website and is stored on our servers. After your request is concluded it is retained for the statutory retention periods and then deleted.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@ilkagrup.com or in writing to the address above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
